You can make your reservations directly with us via email or using the reservation form included in the site. Enclose all personal data including complete name, email, nationality and phone number. We will then contact you to define all the details of your trip. To guarantee your reservation, ELEMENTO NATURAL has to receive a prepayment and written confirmation at least 30 days prior the departure. The minimum group size that ELEMENTO NATURAL can accept in the group tours is 4 persons, to maintain the prices we are offering. Below that, the prices are subject to change.
There is absolutely nothing to pay in order to submit your request for reservation. Once we confirm availability and agree on the services, we will generate a contract for your records. You have to make a prepayment of 50% of the total cost of the tour at least 30 days before your arrival. This can be done with a wire transfer to our bank account, with credit card or paypal. The remaining 50% is due 7 days before arrival to Costa Rica and can be paid in cash as well (US$ or COLON ¢).
You must send a written notification of any modifications and/or cancellations. Cancellations within 15 days before the start date of your adventure will result in the loss of your prepayment. Cancellations within 7 days of the start date or a No Show, will result in the loss of the entire cost of your tour. Any cancellation sent within 30 days of the start day will be subject an administrative fee of $50.
ELEMENTO NATURAL reserves the right to cancel, modify or delay the trip itinerary when considered necessary for the benefit of our customers. ELEMENTO NATURAL cannot be held responsible for extraordinary circumstances such as bad weather or altered road conditions; we can neither be held accountable for diseases, injuries, damages, losses, delays or any other irregularity caused by involuntary or negligent acts through other companies or third parties involved in the fulfillment of the itinerary, or by natural disasters or political affairs or holidays. Your trip is an adventure tour and unexpected events may occur, so we cannot always follow the initial itinerary.
ELEMENTO NATURAL also reserves the right of admission to our trips, and we are not responsible for mental, physical deficiencies or negligence from our customers.
In the case that you do not have any kind of traveler insurance, you may ask for one in our office. The coverage is at an extra charge, and is based on the length of your expedition.
The customer is voluntarily participating in these activities with knowledge of the dangers involved and agrees to assume any and all risks, including possible injuries or death. The customer is obligated to accept the advice and guidance that the guide will provide. He also agrees to behave safely and to respect the wildlife of the areas we will be visiting, and to respect the way of life and traditions of the local people in our country. Any people younger than 18 will be required to have a parent or legal guardian in charge of him. Any additional or optional activities that are not included in the tour will have to be paid by the customer.
